    We keep in mind \u201cGive it a shot\u201d, we would like to our challenging spirit for new things.<\/p>\n

    \nThis is the first sentence of the SONY\u2019s Purpose of Incorporation in The Founding Prospectus when established
    \nand you may have heard. As a 80\u2019s teenager grown-up, SONY was synonymous for \u201cMO-NO-DU-KU-RI\u201d.<\/p>\n

    When I first met this philosophy when I first start working after college, I was so impressed, and since then
    \nthis has been my dream and goal.<\/p>\n

    In February 2015, Optima Inc. started and I became the president and COO.
    \nWhen establishing, what come into my mind was this
    \n\u201cEstablish an ideal factory with a spirit if open-and-natural and pleasurable\u201d.
    \nI am running our Optima with this sentence as our philosophy.
    \nI believe the value of this \u201cIdeal factory\u201d is universal for engineers in any company,
    \nin any market and product.
    \nMoreover, a spirit of freedom and open-mindedness, which I translated as \u201ca spirit of open-and-natural and pleasurable\u201d,
    \nis an important essence for people to create new things.
    \nThen the created new things will change the future.<\/p>\n

    With this \u201cideal factory\u201d, revival the technical strength, the power of the rapid postwar growth,
    \nregain the technology-oriented nation Japan,
    \nwe contribute to build the world future. This is our corporate philosophy. That\u2019s about our corporate philosophy.
